Artistic escape in Châteaugiron: discover “Entre terre et ciel” at La P’tite Galerie

Looking for a poetic break this July? La P’tite Galerie in Châteaugiron invites you to dive into the sensitive world of the duo Béatrice and Joël Lemercier during their new exhibition titled “Entre terre et ciel”. An unmissable event for lovers of contemporary art and textures.

Joël Lemercier fills the space with his wood and terracotta sculptures, exploring verticality through long silhouettes and evocations of birds in flight. Complementing this, Béatrice Lemercier offers exuberant creations on paper, blending ink, acrylic, watercolor, collage, and monotype. Visitors will also be able to discover unique mini-books, the result of a creative collaboration between the artist’s graphic design and Joël’s texts.

Through this exhibition, the two artists question our universal quest for lightness, carried by the fascinating symbolism of bird murmurations. An opening reception is scheduled for July 11 at 11 a.m., the perfect opportunity to chat with the creators in a friendly atmosphere.
